All our tours are subject to the following conditions, unless otherwise stated:

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: The payment of required deposit(s) or full payments for a reservation on any program described herein constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained herein.
RESPONSIBILITY: SJI gives notice that it is acting in the capacity of agent in all matters regarding travel by any means, including all matters of reservations, transportation and tour operation, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularities which may be caused either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the tour participant, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise. SJI cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air, train or other services or due to sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes or acts of God. Although SJI anticipates no changes in the itineraries or accommodations, etc. the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice that might become necessary in the best interest of the tour including the substitution of hotels booked if this becomes necessary. In such cases any additional expenses must be borne by the tour participant. SJI reserves the right to decline/accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: A non-refundable deposit usually books the tour and services being provided by Spiritual Journeys, Inc. This non-refundable deposit is a minimum of $ 1,000.00 (or $ 500.00 in some tours, determined at the time of booking the services, start date of our services and value of final tour). The final payment is due within sixty days of start of our services.
If the start-date of our services is within sixty days of finalization of the tour price, then the full value of the tour will be payable.
The following policy applies for all Cancellations and Refunds, as a percentage of total package price (EXCLUDING the airfare segment for which the airline cancellation applies), subject to a minimum cancellation amount of your non-refundable deposit of $ 1,000.00 (or $ 500.00, if previously informed):
Once a tour begins, any refunds applicable due to unused air or hotel components or changes in reservations sought by the tour participant will be issued at the sole discretion of SJI. Airline tickets have restrictions calling for a change fee to be paid to the airline for alteration of departure and return dates. These terms do not apply to International airlines who will levy their own terms.
REFUNDS: SJI has no responsibility for non-refundable or discount tickets. Refunds cannot be made to any tour participant who does not complete the tour. In the event of cancellation by SJI, SJI's liability shall be limited to a refund of the payment made by the tour participant to SJ. Unused tour or service vouchers are not exchangeable or refundable.
BAGGAGE: Baggage restrictions as imposed by the air carriers will apply. Other restrictions apply. SJI assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage or personal effects. Airlines in India for domestic flights limit check-in luggage to 15 Kg per person.
TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: Any person who is unable to travel independently or who needs any type of physical or other assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is able to provide the required assistance. It should be noted that the countries SJI offers torus to have very limited assistance and arrangements for travelers with any form of special needs.
INSURANCE: Trip, accident, health and baggage insurance is particularly recommended.
SPECIAL NOTE: Prices quoted are based on air & train fares and rates as of date of quotation, and are subject to change prior to departure. Tour participants will be notified in writing at least three weeks before departure if there is any increase in tour price required by such cost increases.
VISAS and PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: A valid passport and necessary Entry Visa (for India) (check for visa requirements for other countries) are required of all tour participants. Failure to carry proper documentation will lead to denied entry to aircraft or foreign country. No refunds will be made. SJI does not make any visa arrangements and will not be held liable for any irregularities caused due to wrong/faulty documentation or visas.
